I am now trying to find Ambrosius Fisher's birth details.

My options now seem to be:
1. Born out of county

OR
Born in Germany.

Ambrosius is Germanic or Swedish.

Am I on the right track?

Records that early were often in latin - I would be looking for Ambrose Fisher and not necessarily abroad

On FindMyPast there are four Ambrose Fisher baptisms in Yorkshire between 1663 & 1674.

This fellow is the furtherest I have got back with the Fisher line/
