Williams family Menai Bridge.

Hi I'm researching my family tree and it looks like my great great grandmother Annie Mackay nee Williams was born at Menai Bridge in June 1863. I can't seem to find out if Menai Bridge is on Anglesey or mainland Wales. Any help would be great thank you.
