When did James Cadbury/Cadbery marry in Devon?

James Cadbury, Church warden  of Hemyock was born 1664.  I have located on Family Search a number of children including  Agnes 1675, Sarah 1676, Dorothy 1678, John 1681, James 1694, Mark 1695, John 1696, Robert 1699 and possibly John 1703.

In one record only the mother's name was cited; Mary.

I would love to locate:
James parents
Marriage date for James & Mary
Mary's maiden name and anything to do with her parents

All assistance gratefully received.

cant see Cadbury marriages though

There's a Will for James on the Devon index 1676 and 1710

The James son of James and Elizabeth Upton born 1664 married Thomasin Westron 1693
He was buried 7.11.1734.
