I think they're actually adjoining parishes, less than four miles apart, and the date is right, so it's a distinct possibility, although why she should consistently say that she was born in Ketton is a concern. A bigger concern is that I can find no such baptism in 1796 so wonder where you've found this. If it was one of the numerous trees on Ancestry all without a baptism date I wonder where they got the information from.
You've a lot of work to do to prove that she was the Elizabeth who married in Hunts, which will involve checking Empingham parish register to confirm her existence, and then to see if there's a burial which might rule her out. At the moment it's pure speculation.
