Forgot to mention John Froggatt on 1841 is a wheelwright - I note John Froggart on 1861 is wheelwright and publican

Looks like it is becoming less likely this is her then! Was rather hoping Hannah would be nee Bland and therefore Sarahs sister!

I would read this as meaning Mr Ransome Churchyard is the sitting tenant, so not sure there's much chance he;s connected
