Richard RICE & Joan VOYSEY both of this parish were married 27th day of December 1699. (Silverton)
Christenings and marriages are available via IGI or you can contact the OPC for the parish - see http://genuki.cs.ncl.ac.uk/DEV/Silverton/index.html

Well thank you DOB7 for the marriage,I am sure you are aware that Devon is the least represented on the IGI,and Silverton is not in the IGI,you are also right that Silverton has a OPC I used to be one years ago ,but my windows 7 laptop is missing WLDCore.dll which stops me clicking on his name and sending a request by email, and so my posting.

The marriage  is mentioned on familysearch but no further information   https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N2L5-RZD
Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Actually Silverton is included in the IGI - here are the batch numbers:
 C051681   1620-1837   E051681      M051681   1620-1625   1653-1837
Using batch C051681 I was able to locate the baptism for John RICE 25 August 1700, father Richard, mother Joane. Using M051681 I located Richard's marriage to Joane plus a much later marriage (1805) for a Sarah RICE.
You may find a subscription to a major genealogy site useful - nearly all Devon registers are being made available through it as digital images, indexed.
I am the administrator for the OPC project for Devon, and can tell you that (subject to the problems with your laptop) if you right click on the link for Silverton's OPC and then select 'properties' you should be able to view his e-mail address in full.
