In my 12 years of using the internet my current problem is the most frustrating I've ever encountered.I'm quite literally going round in circles.

My problem is that I have bought a new Laptop.I'm having extreme difficulty in re-accessing my Skype account.I don't want to as the suggestion is "join the conversation",all I want is either to speak to someone whether by phone or email support about my specific problem.

Frustrating, isn't it?
I've had a couple of problems with Skype that the forum hasn't been able to solve, and I just got fed up being told to "make sure you have the latest version"........
 ::)
They state they don't give 'phone support, but they do offer email contact:
