William was born 1766 in Lewiston

Mary was born 6th April 1773

They married 21 December 1789

They had at least 11 children between 1792 and 1816, and lived at various times in Lenie, Carrachan, Kilmichael, Miltown and Strone

Marys parents may have been Gilbert McDonald b. 15 January 1743 and Margaret McDougal

I have a William Cameron and Betsy McDonald in my tree, I do not have there Birth  Death or Marriage dates but they lived at Kirkmichael  Banf and had five children there.between 1790 and 1803 including my GGx Grandfather James. 
Could they be the same couple that you are looking for
