There is a village Skrivars in Vora Parish.
There is no Anders born to a Gabriel Eriksson in Nykarleby for the years 1856-1859.

I will keep looking. I would like though to see Jacob's marriage certificate to see if he is Andrew's brother.

You said he was from Nykarleby,  do you know this for sure.
