1900 Death Record - MO

Hello - I am hoping to find a death record / cause of death for the following person:

Sallie Elizabeth WRIGHT Taylor
Sallie Taylor died in Callaway County, Missouri on 19 Jul 1900. Attached obit provides a little more detail.

Missouri Secretary of State has digitized death certificates, but those don't start until 1910, unfortunately.  They also have a death index for pre-1910, but Sallie Taylor does not show up on it.

You might seek help from the county historical society, which should be able to guide you to where you could obtain a death record.
