Fitzpatrick, born County Down

Hello all, I am researching my 3rd GGrandfather, Daniel Fitzpatrick who was transported to Australia in 1820 from England, he was convicted in Liverpool in 1818 then spent the next two years on a hulk. On his marriage banner he stated he was born in County Down, 1796. His older brother William was also transported. I have all the information from when he arrived here(Tasmania) but nothing before that, any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it, I have waited 40 years to find info on him, a few more days will not hurt.
