Lichfield marriages

As I don't live in the Staffordshire area I don't know the registration districts. From BMD's  I've found this marriage in 1849 in Lichfield between William Jones and Ann Yates and wondered if anyone had access to parish records to enable me to find out any further information to establish whether I have the correct marriage for William.

For future reference,  If you put into google Lichfield Registration district it brings this result via Genuki.

Very sorry but I think you will need to purchase the certificate - the marriage was a Civil Marriage, so probably the Register Office.  StaffordshireBMD.



Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
