Have managed to come up with a marriage for Frederick Rowland Scott to Ruth Baird, a shipwrights daughter, 1914 at Holywell Flintshire.This couple had two possible children Hilda M Scott 1915,and Edward J R Scott 1920.

At least have nailed down Frederick Rowland Scott but still none the wiser as to what he was doing being the householder in South Newton Salisbury Wiltshire 1939.

His wife Ruth Scott appears with a certain William McCormack at Connahs Quay Flintshire 1939.
Her death 1974 Radnorshire.

Frederick Rowland Scott born 1891,is named in several Trees on another vast web site,,,,,,,just hoping that someone somewhere may know more of his history,and  can help me. Thanks Brionne.
