Hi,

I'm looking for some help in locating the family of my great, great uncle John Crowe

Born:       28 July 1862  Liverpool, Lancashire, England

Baptism:  10 Aug 1862  Liverpool, Lancashire, England (St Anthony's Church)

Parents:   Michael Crowe,  Mary Morris


1871 English Census has family in Wellington, Shropshire, England

1873 Arrived Boston, Mass

1875 Rhode Island Census shows him with mother & siblings in Cumberland, RI

1880 Rhode Island Census shows him boarding in Woonsocket, RI works in cotton mill

1890 ?

1900 ?

1910 I can find no census, but lived at 17 High Street Cumberland, RI

April 1910 son Walter Crowe born parents John Crowe, Catherine Crowe

27 May 1910 son Walter Crowe dies and is buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Cumberland, RI


I have nothing further on the family any information on this family would be appreciated!

The 1890 census was almost entirely destroyed by fire, and the fragments that remain do not include Rhode Island.
