Hallo, Janet.

familysearch.org shows a marriage for John Duebery in Bedminster in 1703.  It's around 50 miles from Bishops Hull, but it could be worth looking in that region.  Who knows - John might be Samuel's grandfather!

Do you have any baptisms of children for Samuel and Betty - there may be relatives around the area?
