Medical Records

Are records for Worcester General Infirmary available anywhere?  I'm interested in someone who died on 27 May 1924.  I have his death certificate but am interested in any next of kin as he was unmarried and living as a boarder at the time.  I've also checked for a Will and there isn't one.

If they have survived and are deposited somewhere for safekeeping, they may be closed until 2024
