Thank you to everyone who has responded to my query both Violet and Mildred are a mystery I have most of the information given and as I live in the Northeast I am unable to visit Cambridge Records Offices. I have tried other members of their family but no success.  I did know that Violet Mary had a child I think in the work house and was adopted 3 years later I would love to know why she gave up her child after 3 years as her father lived in the town and her adopted family also lived in the same area.  They had a business the adopted family were Herbert James and Edith Mary Darler I think it was a bakery business.

Violet Gardiner was my mother, she died in 1965.  Is there any reason you want information?  The baby Heather June was illegitimate so presume that is why she had her adopted.  Let me know if you want any more information.
