Family of James Dennis of Wicken

Hi, I believe that James was a Congregationalist (dissenter) and that he married Hannah (possibly Pechey).
 I have no dates for either of the above, but have come across a record for a James Dennis, born 29 Sep 1784, son of Thomas and Lydia.
I know that James had a daughter Lydia born 19 Sep 1819 and that she married Charles Cockrill 6 Nov 1849 at Wicken. I believe she had 2 brothers named Thomas and James but I have no further details.
Any help with the Dennis family including occupations if that's possible or if it matches, the Pechey family also. I have seen a thread from 2005, DENNIS family - WICKEN but that covers the family further back than I have been able to trace. Thanks in anticipation.

found this birth for a james dennis  born 30 may 1822  registered 3 nov 1829 born in the house of james dennis  fathers name james dennis occ farmer mothers name hannah  maternal parents name Isaac picker occ farmer.

The Cambs Baptism Index 1801-37 at https://www.cfhs.org.uk/searchsd.cfm shows a Sarah Dennis daughter of James and Hannah baptised in Wicken in 1817

The IGI at www.familysearch.org shows a marriage in Marylebone Middlesex on 29 Sep 1816 between James Dennis and Hannah Peachey
