Hi,new here regarding Daniel Heaney, farmer, m. Mary (c1796-1862)
1. Mary Jane Heaney m.(1848) John Moon
2. Margaret Heaney m.(1855) John Doherty
3. Sarah Anne Heaney, youngest daughter, m.(1863) Robert Mayben I know its an old post,but I spotted this and trying to clear up some  misinformation/mistakes on my treeI had my Heaneys crossed John Doherty is my 2nd great grandfather, still looking for his parents Alexander? and anything on Daniel Heaney 1796 wife/parents.Thanks!

Marriage of Margaret Heaney & John Doherty- his residence at time of marriage was Bovagh and father given as John Doherty not Alexander-

Margaret died in childbirth and John Doherty married second (1888) Ann Jane Wallace. His father again listed as John Doherty but this time 'landsteward' rather than labourer-

Thanks, I found Daniel Heaney  died November 1882 with John Doherty son in law present
