Just found that my granddads aunt was living at 39 charles street mayfair London, when she died in 1922.

She was originally from Bright street adderley green, stoke on trent.

39 charles street mayfair London, seems to be an expensive part of london.

What do you think she might have been doing there? maybe an house keeper or something?

i can't really find to much on the address, apart from its a mansion.

any suggestions?

No 39 was a 4 story town house situated next to Dartmouth House which is an apartment block. It was latterly a tea room but is now being refurbished.
