Edwin Price Waring and his family

Edwin Price Waring was born in Glamorganshire in 1824 and died 7 Oct 1873 in Santiago, Chili, South America.  From what I understand he was a Civil Engineer and was involved in mining operation in Chili however I do not know if Edwin married in Chili or in India and where his children were born.  He was either a widower at his death or divorced but more likely a widower.  The names of his children suggest non english mother for the 3 youngest.

The probate record lists his children as:
Edwin [Minor]
Flora Mercedes  [Minor]
Amalie Virginie [infants]
Michael Louis [Infant]

Not much information I know but hope springs eternal.

Presumably you have this info from the entry in the PRobate indexes where Administration was granted in 1875 to Josephine MAria and Anna Letitia Waring, spinsters, aunts and guardians of the children.
But I see the children then listed as Edward (not Edwin) for the first, and Miguel Luis (not Michael Louis) for the last.

There is a further grant of admin granted in 1910 to Miguel Luis Waring esquire.

Miguel L Waring appears in the 1881 census at school in Bathwick, Bath, Somerset. Born Chile circa 1870/71.

This might be the sisters of Edwin, though Josephine's middle initial not matching.

Miguel L Waring appears in the 1881 census at school in Bathwick, Bath, Somerset. Born Chile circa 1870/71.

and he dies in 1936 in Devon.

There are two marriages for Michael Louis Waring in India, in 1897 (to Alice Mary Price) and 1912 (to Phyllis Maud Tyrrell).

Anna Letitia dies 1910. Probate to Ethel Waring, spinster. Large estate. I would expect some/all of her late brothers children would be mentioned in the Will.
