"if you have her marriage certificate, unless you can find mentions of her in the newspapers there is not much chance of finding anything between 1913 and 1939. Most people don't leave a paper trail so you shouldn't expect too much.

Are there any family still living who might be able to answer your questions?"

I see this has already been covered in previous threads ... I don't understand who would recommend a third thread on the same subject.

Hi no relatives that know I'm looking on behalf of my mum, I know I posted in diff place but new to this and was pointed to this one due to the location, thought they'd be more chance of local knowledge and people in the area who do this for a job who may be able to access restricted files or know where to look etc

I'm not sure that local knowledge will help you with this unless someone who knew her or your family happens to find this thread (stranger things have happened).

Did she have an occupation on her marriage certificate?

If you have an address for her family on the 1911 census and if you have a copy of her birth certificate with the address where she was born, and if it is likely that if she lived in that particular area then she probably would have attended the local school/s.

The release of the 1921 census is a bit of a wait, due for release in 2022: http://www.1921census.org.uk/

It Is likely she was born at home, so the address could be relevant and may be the same as the address where the family were living in the 1911 census.
