On the parish record for the marriage, Ann Fulielove (sic) was a widow.

Ah that will certainly help us then, thank you for finding that out.
Now onto finding her previous marriage!   ;D

Could a possible marriage be 17 Dec 1783 at Felkirk (near Barnsley) - John Fullilove and Ann Mason?

Added: There are quite a few Fullilove's baptized at Ecclesfield, children of John between 1783 and 1797 (1797 being the year Ann married Jacob).

Only problem is, there seems to be at least 2 John's at Ecclesfield - based on the number of baptisms at Ecclesfield - quite a few repeated names also.

- Ann, bap 21 Nov 1784, Ecclesfield, dau of John Fullilove
- Ann, bap 25 Dec 1789, ", dau of "
- Hannah, bap 30 Oct 1785, ", dau of "
- Hannah, bap 2 Mar 1794, ", dau of "
- Martha, bap 30 Sep 1792, ", dau of "
- Eliz. , bap 30 Sep 1787, ", dau of "
- Elizabeth, bap 11 Jan 1795, ", dau of "
- Sarah, bap 4 Nov 1787, " dau of "
- Sarah, bap 27 Feb 1791, " dau of "
- John, bap 25 May 1792, ", son of "
- Joseph, bap 12 Feb 1786, " son of " (discounted because name repeated in Ann's second marriage)
- Mary, bap 21 Jun 1789, ", dau of " (discounted because name repeated in Ann's second marriage)

When Jacob and Ann married look at the names of their children, do any of those have the same names ? You could eliminate them that way.

Have you seen the Parish records ? Is there an occupation or anything to go by ?

The baptisms for Mary and Joseph can be discounted, but the others are all possible  :-\

I haven't seen the parish records - only the index records on family search, so I don't know about occupation :-\
