Hi whix and welcome to RootsChat
.
There is a private message (PM) system here that you can use to communicate privately. One normally needs to have made 2 posts in order to use it so one more to say 'Hi' would be fine. Then you can click on the person's name and under that will see send private message. Click on that.
More info here...

Hello
Anyone know of a Charles Snape who worked for HBC who married an Annie Sinclair Moore? I have a photo of them and they sent a post card to Moosonee in 1912 stating they were safely on there way to England,

Grace was my father's (Dudley Barrington Snape) cousin. She married Zagar (something close to that). Her brother was Roy. I met her several times in my youth. I met Roy once. Catherine Adela was my father's sister.

Catherine Adela (Del) and John (Jack) Sweetman are my grandparents! I’m fascinated by this thread! I went looking for my great grandfather to see if I could find out anything about his ancestry- my grandma used to say she had Cree in her background but I’ve not found anything to substantiate that.
