That was indeed what I meant.

Personally, I only follow confirmed lines of my family.
I don't have the time to follow other lines; which may only connect 3 or 4 generations further back ::)

in the 1911 census, wilfred cook is in kington with his mother jane matilda,sister gertrude and father james. all are born in kington.herefordshire except father james who is born in leominster. i thought i had found the link i was looking for, but the trail went very cold quickly as all other cunsus indicate james as being born in kington.
