Have done this several times and waited, but nothing appears, am I clicking on the correct option ?  please.

Hi,

I had tried to open the file earlier - when you said you were having trouble accessing it.  I couldn't get into it either.  I have sometimes encountered problems with the Library and Archives Canada site.  Always best to wait a while longer and try again.. usually works :) .  Glad to see that approach worked for you this time.
