Beqamin and Rebecca died within six months of each other at Spring House,
Rowley Regis in 183O/31, having acheived the great ages of 92 and 87 respectively.

In his Will and Testament drawn up on 17 February 1853, Joseph (Plant) is described as a ‘Licensed Brewer and Retailer of Beer near Spring House in the pansh of Rowley Regis and County of Stafford.

I would not place too much reliance on the spelling in the newspapers i.e. 'Sprink'

There's a John Mills, 25 and family at "Spring House", next Warrens Hall, Rowley Regis.

That Springfield House is not on the 1884 map, it appears on the 1904 map, so it was built between those dates.
