1920 civil birth or baptism

Hi Roots chatters,

I am trying to find a birth for a Bridget Teresa MacAtarsney 1920, believed to be near Portadown, County Armagh in Northern Ireland (not posted on sub board as this could be wrong).

What is known is:
Brigid T McAtarsney married William G Brockett Q2 1943  Bedford RD vol 3b page 842
Bridget Theresa Brockett  death Q4 1970 Bedford RD vol 4a page 146; age 50; dob 2 Dec 1920

Can anyone direct be to where I might discover a birth record?
