I'm not sure about Normal. The student records for Bangor University itself are held by the University Archives, so they might have Normal's too. BUT.... there is a closure period applied to them. I had access to records from 1930 recently and they were fine, but I'd imagine that the 1960s would be too recent for public access.

Some records are here, note they are restricted for 40 years and need the approval of the senior archivist
