I can only see that one marriage of a David Mitchell to a Frances/Fanny in Sussex.

That does look promising, I don't see Obadiah as a very common name, I might move from pencil to pen with notes of notes  .

And Harriot Durrell  pob in 1851 looks like Alfriston but Horsham in 1861?
