Bertie and Florie Brown

HI I am searching for the deaths of the above, think they died in Birdwell,  Barnsley, South Yorkshire.  Bertie in c1971 and Florie in c1982.   Think they were born around 1910 but not sure where. Any help would be great.

Florrie - is that Florence or ?  Did she have any other forename?

Have you looked for them in 1939 register to establish their dates of birth

Almost a match with this death:

Florrie Brown, born 23 Aug 1891, Sep qtr 1974 Bradford.

If that is the couple then they were born before 1910/1911 

There are a number of children possibly born to this couple, but as they may very well still be alive, I am unable to name them.

However, by using FreeBMD, and using the surname Brown and mother's maiden name of Green, plus a start date of 1924, there are some possibilities in the Barnsley Registration District.  Sorry, I may be telling you something you already know how to do.

1910 birthdates were unlikely given the 1924 marriage, anyway.
