I case anyone decides to search for marriages of the children, do note that three definitely did not marry:

Alfred G born 1860 died 1861 Maitland

Beatrice born 1864 died 1864 Wirialda

Caroline E born 1853 died 1864 Wirialda

Marriage: Louisa A married John Callinan in 1877 ( I thought there was something familiar here)

A possible: Thomas H (jnr) married Matilda Watson 5579/1891 NARRABRI

Yep Its familiar to me too! my ancestors are driving me nuts! :)
Thomas Henry was their eldest son. He has me perplexed as well as he was either a bigamist or there were 2 Thomas Henry Keens running amock at the time.

I was just looking for Henry for the minute (ha ha) and am almost certain that my bones and waters come from Ireland on this side.

1901 Household ‘Census’
Thos KEEN, 68 Hay St, (Sydney CBD)  1 MALE, 2 FEMALE.
Thomas KEEN, Round Water Hole, (Albury) 6 male, 2 female.

In NSW it was not compulsory to enrol to vote until the 1920s.
The 1901 NSW Census records that did survive do NOT give names of the rest of the household members.

Sands Directories covering all of NSW have been uploaded and are free to search at City of Sydney Archives.

ADD
I understand that FindMyPast has the 1903/4 NSW electoral rolls.   I have the 1902/3 rolls on CD.  My 19th Century rolls are errrrrrrrr.... ummm.... paper copy, so I need to know the likely district/s.  Takes a tad longer to go through the 19thCentury ones of course  :)

As his names are reversed it may not be Albert Sydney.

However, Sydney Albert is mentioned here as being late of Toowoomba. Second page, 1st column:

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01i77/

This mentions where he was from in NSW. Fourth column: http://www.rootschat.com/links/01i78/

Rowena, NSW is just inland from Warialda and Moree.
