That was my last hope  ;D. McGinnis could be spelt different ways which may be a possibility.

And I'm sure there are others as well but none of which helps to find her unfortunately.  I think the biggest stumbling block may be whether she was born as Molly or whether she was Margaret or Mary.  Sorry I can't be of more help

Here she is in a local paper dated 20 July 1918.  "The Military Medal has been awarded to Sister McGinnis for conspicuous bravery and devotion to duty during attacks by Germans on a St John Ambulance Brigade Hospital from May 19th to June 1st.  Miss McGinnis was on the staff of the City of Dublin Nursing Institution before joining the Red Cross at the outbreak of war, and has served over 3 years in France.  She is a daughter of the late Mr McGinnis, Carrichue, Co Derry, and sister of Dr McGinnis, Chesterfield."  Am so glad it has been found.
