Best I can come up with is a Sarah Ellen Taylor bn Newmarket!

What else do you know about "your" Sarah ? It is never very satisfactory looking for a name in isolation with no background.

She married in April 2nd 1907 to a Edward Charles Parker think  that was in London.he was born around 1880.

Who was her father on marriage cert?  Have you found her on 1911, if so what was age and place of birth?

Following up on that - the 1907 marriage was for Sarah Ann E Taylor, and later census shows her as Sarah Annie.

So forget my Sarah Ellen.  Waste of time there, if you have given her middle name to start with!

Edward Charles Parkers WW1 papers give her name as Sarah Ann Elizabeth, and they married 2nd April 1907 at Islington Register Office.

According to a tree on Ancestry Sarah Annie Elizabeth Parker (Taylor) died in London 1954.
