When typing your entry up, just underneath the box you are typing in and to the left and above the POST, PREVIEW AND SPELL CHECK buttons, there is an Additional Options ....  Click this and browse to the file.  Hit POST as usual. 

This option is not valid for the County forums, as it is in the Common Room.
