I had enquired of the SHC in respect of two other boys who were accepted by the Philanthropic Society on 04/01/1855..........they want at least £45 to reproduce photographic images (total 7 pages) that can be delivered by email.    I should add that the minimum charge for research services is £36 per hour and they reckoned that would have raised a £72 quotation!!!

I did not ask for a quotation for Thomas SCAMMELL as there is no way I can raise a mortgage at my age    I thought RootsChat a far more pleasant method of approach.
