If you could tell us the date, I could include that and see if people post about the area and what happened not necessarily about specific people.

People do find topics here through internet search engines, someone could come along and reply.

St Josephs Mansions has been refurbished  and upgraded are now known as Killarney Court, there are many 'old neighbour's' still living in the immediate area who would have lived there since they were opened in apprx 1934.
If you like to drop me a PM i could possibly help, I also have several Photo's of 'Joseph's mansions' from the time they were opened up to the way they have been revamped, many of these photos include the Tenants that lived there down through the Year's.

Hi,
I know this post was a few years ago now but I was searching for information about St Joseph Mansions Dublin.  My son is doing a project about a significant building for a family member.  My mother was born in 1934 and lived at St Josephs Mansion when the bomb landed in the North Strand.  The more I look at photos of damage to the streets around that area after the bomb, I am amazed not see any photo's of st Joseph Mansions.  I see in a response above, somebody had photos from 1934 for a few years after and I'm wondering if I could see them, or if anybody had any information about the flats at that time I would love to hear.  thanks

You should try Dublin City Council for old photos. They may even have copies of architectural drawings from when the flats were built.
