De rien!

Nicholas Phillips was a reverend so should be traceable. The Cornwall Record office index is online so you can search for documents
http://crocat.cornwall.gov.uk/DServe/searchpage.htm
There's a couple of court cases at least. You can then get copies of the documents from the archives

Hope this helps.

Thanks so much! - I have been doing this for just over a month, and everyone has been so helpful - it's knowing where to look is the trick, and slowly, I am learning.
Great to see the register - hard initially, but then your eyes get accustomed to it - I even read that she was 5 months when she was baptised.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the link Osprey - there is a pre nup in there for my :"level 5 " people - the parents of the people I am now looking at, so I can get them ordered up.
There are some wills for the many William FLAMANKS but I've got about 6 in the tree so I need to check if they are relevant....oh this is interesting.....
