There is an Alfred Chapman's birth registered March 1890 Hemsworth RD, 9c 163. This seems ok according to me. Sam is the only chap born around 1859 in Chapel Allerton anyway...
1891 census was taken on 5 April, Alfred was probably already something like 18 mths and Thomas wasn't to be born before the end of the year...

This might be Minnie in 1901 (although this time she's the same age as one of her brothers - but never trust Census data 100% - especially as in this case, it's probably her boss who would have given her details to the enumerator)

No Min(n)ie Chapman born Hessle in sight, anyway.
