Even easier to see on the older map.
You can see the Workhouse
St Michan's written on the map
and Arran Quay below them at the river.

Church St is clearer as well.

I see in 1911 they say they are married 21 years, which would have been the year Bridget was born, I don't see their marriage yet though.
Very sad to see the Bridget and Christina died.
1901

1911

Neither was from Dublin so I wonder did they meet in Dublin or somewhere else.

In actual fact Bridget went on to marry my gt grandfather John Flood in 1910 and had seven children of her own. Passing away in 1955 aged 65.
Mary Ann never married. In her early twenties she was caught in crossfire, during the Easter Rising (1916) losing her leg. She herself would pass away in 1972 aged 80, although records show 66. At the time of her death she was living in Church St
Christina, I have yet to find details. But I'll keep looking
I'm not sure what was meant in the 1911 census - 3 children born, 1 living.
Bridget as I've said was alive and living in Beresford St with her husband John.

If they did marry, I can't find a Civil Cert of it, which isn't unusual but I don't see one in the Dublin RC records which are online but not all of them would go up to the 1890s
St.Paul's stops 1882.
If they married out side Dublin, you have the same problem the RC online record's won't go up to the 1890s.

Now I have to go refill the shelves before I get myself fired :D

Hang on just seeing your post. People often thought the Living column meant children living with them. Common mistake that catches us out quite often.

Back to work FAST!!!!
To see when you next have a free min........ I didn't realise that about the '1 living' You learn something new all the time. Well I do.
I just found that Christina died in 1909 aged 13. All I find is children dying. Product of the times, I know, but still very sad
All the very best

If they did marry in St.Paul's as you would expect, the marriage MIGHT be on RootsIreland but it's a subscription site.
http://ifhf.rootsireland.ie/generic.php?filename=centres/ifhf/sources.tpl
They have Arran Quay/Glasnevin marriages up to 1900.
Some of the variant names for St.Pauls is Arran Quay and Old Glasnevin

If you have a Find My Past sub, they have some records from the workhouses, if you want to check if Mary shows up.
