Hi Dave again,
I'm just working my way through Rootschat for the first time and found this post also. If you are able to look up the public Astley became Chesshire family tree on ancestry, you will find the research I have done already and the pages i have found.  I also have a Chesshire Family tree on their and have just managed to figure out how I am related to Thomas Astley born 1806.  More to tell when we catch up hopefully.
