I am after the 1891 census for "John Henry Jones" he was born 1864 in Hoylake Cheshire

In the 1901 census he is recorded as Harry Jones as a "Sub Post Master" in Suffolk with his wife
Emma L Jones. In the 1911 census as John Henry Jones with his wife Emma Lousia Jones and a son Walter Jones living in Consett Co Durham

Think that's Water Company Inspector as I've seen Coy before to mean company. It does make sense as an occupation. :)

A Water Company Inspector, aka waste inspector, would be responsible for the detection of waste by consumers, and leakages in the mains etc. and arranging for repairs
There are still people employed on similar duties by the water companies today, though they probably have a fancier title.
