« on: Sunday 30 October 16 17:56 GMT (UK) »
Hi  :)

Have found on 1861 census on familysearch says Louisa Wood born 1798 is the head of the house but doesn't show any other members of the family.  Can anyone help please?

Absolutely correct - Straw Hat Maker.  Possibly within a number of individual households at 32 Stanhope Street.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Perhaps, as you live in England, you could visit your local library which may have access to Ancestry or FindMyPast.  ;)  Pretty sure that Leeds library has!
