Birdwell street query

Hi people

My family lived quite a few years in Robinson Terrace, Birdwell.  It seems that this street doesn't exist any more.  Does anyone know where it was?

Hi not a local I am afraid, in 1911 it is Robinson Terrace, but in at least 1891 & 1901 it was Robinsons Terrace,
1901 Census Ref RG13/4323/176/23
1891 Census Ref RG12/3782/44/19

If you cannot use census refs, then in 1901 look for a Simeon Neal 1848 Brightside

PS there was also a Robinson Square nearby.

Thanks Keyboard.  I have all the census records for the family. I'm sure it is the same street in all three censuses (censi). I might be in the area next year, but wanted to make sure I wouldn't be chasing phantoms.

Robinson Terrace may not have been the name of a street, but rather the name of a terrace of houses on a street?

4 times in my life, I have lived in just such a terrace (and still do)!

  In 1911, there were 18 of them ( Houses I mean)!

My current address has 24 houses in the terrace!
It's big enough to be included on some street maps.

But my last 2 addresses, also terraces, do not appear on street maps!

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason though?

So, with google street view, can we see any houses with a name plaque of Robinson Terrace on them?

Or we cannot get down those side streets?
