I used to go on the Forest of Dean site a few years ago it was very useful but when I log in now it says access denied.

I did spend a week about three years ago camping in Gloucester and cycled five miles to the records office every day.

Just tried that new GRO search for William Mansell Dec qtr 1892 Winchcomb 6a 244 and it keeps saying no match I must be doing something wrong.Is that where JJ got theBurial datefrom.

Yes ok thanx I did get it working with his son John for 1865.Its brilliant.

My Williams parents were Richard and Ann he was Bapt.23/8/1812 at Winchcombe and I have all the siblings as well.
