USA Vital Records Look-up

Hi if anyone can help I would like to know if there is a birth registration for an ^(*) 1935-7 Maryland..I saw this child on the 1940 Census in the St Vincent's Infant Asylum Baltimore and would like to know who her parents were.

Do you know that she is deceased?  If not, her name will need to be removed.

Maryland birth records are restricted for 100 years or until the individual is deceased.  http://guide.mdsa.net/pages/viewer.aspx?page=birth
