I can see 4 Mary Harries/Harris in Wolvesnewton, but sadly no Margarets or Margs before the 1790s
Mary Harries 1750 daughter of James
Mary Harries 1752 daughter of David
Mary Harris 1754 daughter of James
Mary Harris 1769 daughter of David

If it was the "1754 Mary", then first child at aged 23 (1777) and last one at aged 40 (1794)

There is a Margaret Harry in 1752 in Newchurch ? same birth village as John Hoskins
