Scotland Catholic to Prince Edward Island

Hi,
Were there any Catholics on the Isle of Coll or Rum who emigrated to Canada?
I am looking for the father of Ronald Maclean. According to the census of Pei Ronald Maclean's father was born in Scotland. Ronald was born abt 1803.
His sister Mary married a McPhee on Pei. Thanks

I would think the Rum folks (Clanranald) would have been Catholic. The folk from Coll (MacLean), not.
