Dublin Evening Mail, 3 Sept.1852: Sept 2, by the Rev. Mr. Macsorley, Charles Atkinson, of Upper Baggot-street, Esq., eldest son of Robert Atkinson, Esq., Lower Gardiner-street, in this city, to Eleanor Robinson, eldest daughter of John Forster, Esq., New Park, county Kilkenny.

Atkinson, son of Robert Atkinson, Esq., of Gardiner street, having solemnly and publicly examined on two several days, obtained letters testimonial qualifying him to practice surgery. My niece and grand nephew will be so happy. They only had my side and her husband/his father's side so the the remaining side was a bit thin.  Parents/grandparents are now dead.

I'm slowly getting into your Irish records. I might come back for info on the Forsters of Kilkenny later on! *
