SARAH ANN VINCENT (born abt. 1866 d.1929 Canada)

Further to my recent post re. Sarah Ann Vincent, (Married name Building). I have additional information which might help.
From the 1901 England Census it states that she was born in Norwich, Norfolk, England.
The civil parish was Rockland St. Mary. The Ecclesiastical Parish was Rockland st. Mary.
The country of her birth was Norfolk, England although she died in Canada.
The Registration Distric was Henstead.
The Piece No. 1843
The Folio No. 95
The Page no. 3
Household Schedule no. 20.
Any help with finding her Mother's name and Birth Certificate information would be much appreciated
